Welcome to PhraseFlow. By using this app, you agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. Service Description

PhraseFlow is an educational app that uses artificial intelligence to help users learn languages by extracting common phrases from text and turning them into interactive learning cards with natural audio and a spaced-repetition system.

2. Credit System

The app relies on a credit system for some advanced features:

• New users receive 21 credits as a welcome gift upon signup.
• Generating a full set of phrases (translation, explanation, and natural audio) costs 7 credits per phrase. One cover image is also generated automatically per topic.
• Generating phrases only (without full processing) is free.
• Additional credit packs can be purchased in-app via the App Store or Google Play.

Credit purchases are one-time purchases (not auto-renewing) and are not a recurring subscription. They are subject to the policies of the relevant store (Apple / Google), and purchased credits are non-refundable except as provided by that store's policy.

3. Payments

All payments are processed directly through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and are subject to their terms. We do not use any intermediary payment service, and PhraseFlow never processes your card details directly. To request a refund, please contact the relevant store directly according to its policy.

4. Content You Create

You retain ownership of the text you enter into the app. By entering text, you grant us a limited license to process it using artificial intelligence solely for the purpose of generating your own learning content.

5. Acceptable Use

Using the app for the following is prohibited:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Entering offensive, obscene content, or content that infringes on others' rights.
• Attempting to hack or tamper with the app's systems.
• Creating automated accounts or abusing the credit system.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the app (code, design, logo, brand name) are reserved to PhraseFlow. No part of the app may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior permission.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We always strive to improve quality, but we do not guarantee the app will be error-free or continuously available. PhraseFlow is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably, and if that is not possible, through arbitration under applicable regulations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
