Delete Account

You can permanently delete your PhraseFlow account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your data is removed from our servers within 30 days and this action cannot be undone.

1. Delete from Within the App (Recommended)

1. Open the PhraseFlow app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Account tab (profile).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

2. Deleting Without Access to the App

If you can't open the app (for example, you've uninstalled it), email us from the address registered on your account at eyadroidwold@gmail.com requesting account deletion, and we'll process your request within 30 days.

3. Data That Gets Deleted

• Account information (name, email, profile picture).
• All topics and phrases you've created.
• Your learning progress and review statistics.
• Audio files and images associated with your topics.
• Support message history.

4. Data We May Retain

We may retain purchase transaction records (excluding your card details) for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax regulations, even after account deletion. These records are not used for any other purpose after deletion.
